Position Overview: Join a revolutionary healthcare team in Mobile, AL, as a Primary Care Physician focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the geriatric population. Our unique care model allows you to work with a manageable patient panel of approximately 400 seniors, enabling you to build meaningful relationships and provide personalized, concierge-level care. Role Highlights: See 10-13 patients per day, allowing ample time for comprehensive, high-quality care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including Nurses, Medical Assistants, Case Managers, Social Workers, Care Team Representatives, and Community Outreach Specialists. Access on-site resources, including consulting specialists, echocardiography, EKG, and lab services, to provide seamless care.
