Position Title: Engineering Project Manager

Uphold and Adhere to Hoffman Hydronics' Core ValuesManage collective accountsProvide a high level of customer service in a timely, effective and efficient mannerKeep up to date information on Jobs ListContinuously stay updated on current competitive market pricing and report/share with Outsides Sales and ManagementDevelop technical depth and understanding of company products and application knowledgeManage the order entry process and coordinate deliveries with the customers including returns and warrantiesAct as first responder for customer call-in requests regarding products or servicesUpon receipt of an approved submittal the Inside Salesperson is responsible for seeing the product is ordered on time and accurately. It is essential that this position provide good communication between the customer, sales engineer and the factories in order to accomplish a seamless product deliveryProcess and enter sales orders and quotations into CRM (Netsuite)Utilize industry databases to research and find upcoming jobs to bidDo preliminary take off on upcoming jobsMaintain project schedules in quote/project management system ensuring timely project management including Submittals, Orders Entered, Customer Acknowledgements, Delivery Schedules, IOMs, Project Close OutDevelop "Installation Operations and Maintenance Manuals" to provide the customer with written documentation on how to operate and maintain equipment purchasedWork closely with manufacturers to resolve issuesCoordinate scheduling of equipment start-up and resolution of warranty-related issuesRemain knowledgeable on products and technologies which HTS representsOther tasks as assigned
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required 2 or more year's experience in the HVAC industry preferred but not requiredMinimum 2 year's experience in similar role (Inside Sales/Account Executive/Product Management)Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skillsExperience with Marketing / Project Management
