Wil jij aan de slag bij een bedrijf dat zich richt op de productie van hoogwaardige diervoeders voor gezelschapsdieren en jongvee? Voor een klant in Tilburg zoeken wij een flexibele en praktisch ingestelde procesoperator! Je komt te werken in een informele omgeving met korte lijnen, waar je elke dag bijdraagt aan de productie en verpakking van diverse voeders die wereldwijd worden verkocht.
Dit ga je doen
- Starten bij de muesliverpakking-afzaklijn, waar je de dagelijkse productieplanning uitvoert in overleg met je collega's;
- Bedienen en instellen van de verpakkingslijn, inclusief het zelfstandig oplossen van kleine storingen;
- Registreren van productiegegevens in het ERP-systeem voor nauwkeurige administratie;
- Verplaatsen van pallets met het eindproduct naar het magazijn met behulp van interne transportmiddelen;
- Doorgroeien naar allround productiemedewerker, waarbij je getraind wordt om alle productie- en verpakkingslijnen zelfstandig te bedienen.
Je bent in het bezit van
- Een praktische instelling en de flexibiliteit om in een dynamische productieomgeving te werken;
- Technisch inzicht om kleine storingen zelf op te lossen en de verpakkingslijn soepel te laten verlopen;
- Leergierigheid, met de motivatie om nieuwe machines en processen eigen te maken;
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden om samen met collega’s de productie soepel te laten verlopen;
- Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor jouw werk.
