About Favoured Favoured is a digital marketing agency that helps brands grow through data-driven strategies and integrated marketing. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover, working across client accounts to deliver full-funnel strategies and manage key relationships.
The Role We're seeking a Marketing Manager who can see the big picture and connect the dots across channels. You'll work closely with the Account Director and marketing specialists to shape and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our clients, lead client relationships, and take ownership of organic social when it's in scope. This is a strategic role with hands‑on execution. You'll need to think at a high level while being comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
What You'll Do You'll collaborate with the Account Director and specialist teams (paid social, email, conversion, content) to develop and oversee full-funnel marketing strategies for your clients. You'll be the person who sees how all the pieces fit together—understanding how paid acquisition impacts email nurture, how organic content supports conversion, and where the gaps and opportunities are across the customer journey.
You'll be the main point of contact for selected clients, managing those relationships day‑to‑day. This means understanding their business goals, translating them into marketing strategies, and ensuring every channel is working towards the same outcome. You'll build trust, manage expectations, and proactively spot opportunities to drive better results.
You'll lead weekly client meetings, walking through performance across paid social, email, and organic channels. You'll need to be comfortable interpreting data from multiple platforms, spotting trends, explaining what's working (and what isn't), and recommending next steps. You'll translate complex performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
When organic social is in scope for your clients, you'll take ownership of it, developing content strategies, creating posts, and ensuring the organic presence supports the wider marketing goals. You'll understand platform best practices, audience engagement, and how organic fits into the broader funnel.
You'll work cross‑functionally with specialists across the agency, briefing campaigns, coordinating execution, and ensuring alignment across all marketing activities. You'll be the glue that holds client strategies together, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a marketing management or account management role, ideally within an agency environment
Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing strategy and how paid social, email, and organic channels work together
Comfortable reading and interpreting performance reports across multiple channels and platforms
Experience creating organic social content and managing social media strategies
Comfortable using AI to increase efficiency of workflow
Confident leading client meetings, presenting performance, and advising on strategy
Strong relationship management skills, you build trust and become a valued partner to clients
Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution ability
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Ability to "connect the dots" across channels and identify opportunities others might miss
Comfortable working collaboratively with specialists across disciplines
A client‑first mindset with a focus on driving results
