Wir entwickeln digitale Lösungen und Software-Produkte mit Fokus auf Innovation, Automatisierung und moderne Technologien. Dafür suchen wir Verstärkung im Bereich künstliche Intelligenz und Prompt Engineering.
Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben
Konzeption und Entwicklung neuer Applikationen mithilfe modernster Large Language Models und fortschrittlichem Prompt Engineering
Umsetzung sowohl kleiner, agiler Anwendungen (z. B. interne Tools oder Microservices) als auch komplexer, skalierbarer Softwarelösungen
Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse sowie Entwicklung KI-gestützter Automatisierungen zur Optimierung interner Abläufe
Definition der Systemarchitektur sowie Übernahme der technischen Verantwortung für den Lösungsansatz
Prüfung KI-generierten Codes durch Reviews, Testing und Refactoring
Sicherstellung, dass entwickelte Anwendungen performant, sicher und nachhaltig wartbar sind
Das bringst du mit
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Softwareentwickler (HF, FH oder vergleichbar)
Praxis in der Kundenkommunikation sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern
Fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Softwarearchitekturen, API-Entwicklung und Hardwareintegration
Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Geduld bei komplexen Problemstellungen
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Eigenverantwortung, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen am Abend und gelegentlich an Wochenenden
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
