Who are we ?
A family-owned business located in Sherbrooke, Qc, firmly established since 1947, we are proud to contribute to the pastime of fishing by designing and manufacturing high-quality lures for enthusiasts. Joining our team means becoming part of a Quebec tradition while working in a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment.
Our lures are plated in our own modern and secure plating facility, located on Roy Street in Sherbrooke.
Our expertise and attention to detail have earned us recognition in the fishing industry, particularly for the superior quality of our plating.
What we offer:
- A regular daytime schedule , Monday to Friday, supporting a healthy work-life balance. Each Friday, the workday ends earlier , allowing you to begin your weekend sooner.
- Employment within a well-established Quebec company , proud of its heritage and its contribution to the fishing industry.
- A respectful, safe, and supportive work environment.
- A starting salary of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Attaching lures together for plating preparation
- Installing lures on plating racks
- Packaging and counting lures
