RAISON D’ÊTRELe titulaire du poste est responsable de soutenir le département des ressources humaines en effectuant différentes tâches administratives en plus d’assurer un support et une présence occasionnelle à la réception principale du Groupe Canimex.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
- Effectuer des tâches administratives courantes (saisie de données, classement, gestion de documents).
- Assurer le suivi des dossiers, des demandes et des communications internes ou externes.
- Préparer des rapports, des tableaux de suivi ou des documents administratifs.
- Offrir un service de soutien et de réponse aux demandes des employés, clients ou partenaires.
- Assurer une présence, lorsque requis, au bureau de la réception principale de Canimex :
- Répondre, filtrer et transférer les appels selon les exigences des différents départements, à l'aide de la console téléphonique informatisée.
- Accueillir les visiteurs.
- Recevoir, dater et trier le courrier (revues, colis, enveloppes).
- Passer des commandes de papeterie, vêtements de travail, équipements de protection individuelle, etc.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes à l’emploi.
EXIGENCES
- Détenir un diplôme d'études collégiales (AEC/DEC) en administration OU combinaison de formations et d’expériences jugées équivalentes
- Expérience d’au moins 1 à 3 ans dans une fonction de soutien administratif
- Excellente maîtrise des outils Office 365 (Word, Excel, TEAMS Outlook);
- Très bonnes compétences communicationnelles à l’oral en anglais en raison de prise d’appels anglophones lors de remplacements occasionnels à la réception
