Mission

As an industrial engineer, you will have the opportunity to learn more about our various manufacturing methods in order to meet our customers' highest quality standards. Your main role? Maintaining and improving practices and actively participating in the improvement of our production equipment-a stimulating challenge that matches your expertise!


In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead production process improvement projects, from the design phase to implementation.
  • Collaborate on the design of workstations and production lines.
  • Analyze production flows and propose solutions to improve productivity.
  • Participate in the selection and integration of new equipment and/or technologies.
  • Analyze, propose, and implement work methods to reduce non-value-added activities, sources of waste, and accident risks
  • Train and support teams in the adoption of new practices or tools
  • Lead Kaizen workshops and annual strategic planning
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Solidworks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within the required deadlines
