Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Reporting:
Own the analytics workstream for the team, including data management, ad-hoc reporting, and dashboard maintenance using Excel and Tableau. Extract, clean, and organize large datasets; perform vLookups and advanced Excel functions. Create clear, insightful dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making by senior leaders. Design and implement tools and metrics that drive operational efficiency and alignment with departmental goals. Data Strategy & Infrastructure:
Lead the analytical agenda across the operations team, balancing competing priorities. Build and maintain reusable, scalable data tools to support strategic initiatives. Ensure that all operations strategies and decisions are guided by reliable data insights. Training & Best Practices:
Develop and lead training on analytical tools and reports to support team adoption. Promote analytical best practices and continuously improve data methodologies. Measure and monitor process improvements, cost savings, and productivity enhancements. Stakeholder Engagement:
Understand and translate stakeholder needs into data requirements and objectives. Provide actionable, data-driven insights to senior leaders. Serve as a role model in problem-solving, data storytelling, and stakeholder collaboration. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science). 4+ years of professional experience in applied analytics or business intelligence. Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (vLookups, pivot tables, large dataset management). Proficiency with Tableau for dashboard creation and maintenance. Solid understanding of digital product lifecycles and operations metrics. Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a strategic mindset. Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a remote environment
