Jij bent een kwaliteitsbewuste aanpakker die energie krijgt van nauwkeurig werk in een technische omgeving. Je vindt het belangrijk om in een team te werken waar respect en eerlijkheid centraal staan en waar je samen verantwoordelijk bent voor een optimaal eindresultaat. Veilig werken is voor jou een vanzelfsprekendheid, en je schroomt niet om initiatief te tonen als processen verbeterd kunnen worden. Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in de volgende punten:
- Je bent iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en oog heeft voor detail.
- Je hebt minimaal 6 maanden ervaring als operator of in de assemblage.
- Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands.
- Je kunt fysiek uit de voeten: staan tijdens je shift en af en toe iets tillen (tot 18 kg) is voor jou geen probleem.
- Je hebt basisvaardigheden op de computer om je e-mails en administratie bij te houden.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer: eerlijk, respectvol en altijd bereid om te helpen.
Als Assemblagemedewerker speel je een cruciale rol in ons productieproces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen van producten volgens specificaties, het interpreteren van technische tekeningen en het waarborgen van de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om productie doelstellingen te behalen. Een Assemblagemedewerker is een sleutelfiguur in onze productie.
- Het nauwkeurig assembleren van producten volgens werkinstructies.
- Grondig controleren van de kwaliteit van de geassembleerde onderdelen.
- Signaleren en effectief oplossen van productiestoringen.
- Actief bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van productieprocessen.
- Het strikt naleven van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften.
- Het bedienen van geavanceerde machines en gereedschappen.
- Ondersteunen bij het opleiden van nieuwe medewerkers als Assemblagemedewerker.
- Accuraat invullen van documentatie en het leveren van rapportages.
