•    The Revenue Analysis team contributes to the airline’s revenue and profitability growth by supporting the Commercial organization through rigorous analysis of AA and competitor data; action-oriented strategic analytics; and effective coordination and execution of cross-functional initiatives and partnerships.
•    This job is a member of the Commercial Planning and Performance organization within the Revenue Division.

•    Develops and recommends practical revenue growth actions, taking a strong leadership role in a wide variety of revenue initiatives, collaborating with other departments including Revenue Management, Network Planning, Sales, Finance, AAdvantage, Cobrand and Marketing
•    Leads a team of senior analysts to identify and quantify revenue opportunities through in-depth analysis of data
•    Values and drives forward top priority commercial initiatives that span across the company, bringing alignment around commercial strategies, maintaining clear communication across teams, and ensuring cross-functional actions are completed
•    Drives and coordinates projects with other departments and presents analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
•    Ensures continuous training and provides development opportunities for the analysts 
•    Contributes to and drives forward a thriving team culture exemplified by personal integrity and accountability, respect and inclusiveness, collaboration, adaptability, positivity, and care for others
•    Builds knowledge and experience to create a vision for the future direction of Revenue Analysis, other commercial teams, and the company at large.  Able to lead peers, as well as directors and above, in discussions around the future direction of the company.  Seeks improvement opportunities outside of defined role and responsibilities
•    Creates buy-in from peers to drive towards a defined direction, establishes influence within peer group, serves as mentor/role model, pushes the group to be better and holds the group accountable

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

•    Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
•    7 years work experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

•    Experience directly or indirectly leading teams with significant enterprise and/or top line revenue responsibility
•    Demonstrated ability to solve and lead others in solving complex analytical problems
•    Master’s degree in business-related discipline

•    Master in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels both within and outside the organization. •    Ability to solve and to lead others in solving complex analytical problems
