As a Business Development Representative, you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. In this role, you will need to be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online) and be motivated by sales goals./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliUnderstand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and gain the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits/liliBuild, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with contacts in sales territory by conducting daily marketing calls/liliIncrease brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes/liliUtilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities/liliProvide management with revenue updates and reports around your assigned sales territory/liliIncrease sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals/li/ulh3Position Requirements/h3ulliBachelors degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred/liliA minimum of two years of direct sales experience/liliStrong process and results driven attitude/liliExperience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred/li/ulh3Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies/h3ulliAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects/liliAbility to work with/around cleaning agents/liliAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law/li/ulpFlexible work from home options available./ppCompensation: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year/ppPicture yourself here fulfilling your potential./ppAt SERVPRO, you can make a positive difference in peoples lives each and every day!
