Financial Accountant A leading international organisation is seeking a qualified Financial Accountant to join its growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded accountant looking to gain exposure within a large and fast-paced business environment. The role will support core financial reporting activities, month-end processes, reconciliations, audit support, and ongoing finance improvement initiatives while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations Assist with financial analysis, reporting, and variance investigation Support audit requirements and maintain strong financial controls Contribute to process improvement and finance transformation initiatives Work collaboratively across the wider finance function on ad hoc projects and reporting requirements About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) 2+ years' experience within finance or accounting Strong financial accounting and reconciliation experience Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage large data sets Strong communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach What's on Offer Opportunity to join a dynamic and evolving finance team Exposure to large-scale finance projects and process improvement initiatives Strong career development opportunities within a supportive environment
