Position: Lead Software Developer (React Native/Mobile) AND 2 X Mid-level Location: Remote however they want candidates near their office. Austin, Charlotte, DC, Chicago, Atlanta. 5% on site, so maybe 2-4 times a year, but have been sticklers for those 5 specific areas. Work Authorization: US Cit/Green Card Duration: C2H Interview Process/# of Rounds: 3 Rounds; 30 min screen with hiring manager > 1 hr. with tech lead > 30-1 hr. with another tech lead > Offer Top 3 Skills: Experience developing web applications using React Native, React, Angular or MVC Data wise DB design using SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL, Redshift or similar db engine Open Source Tools Great Communication - Experience in leading and supporting technical colleagues through either direct or indirect management Agile environment Additional Notes: Angular-Knowledge of Node Js. on the back end and experience with C# Reactno C#, all node Js on the back end Experience with transactional databases - SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL, Redshift or similar db engine Needs great Comm skills will be leading/mentoring jr-mid associates, hep run scrums, implementations, story cards, PR approvals, sit in on meetings with Director, help shape and guide direction of SW team Background in Commercial or Residential Real Estate game changer 50/50 or 60/40 coding vs Management 1 st Point of Contact for team Qualifications for Lead: 5+ years of software development experience post-graduation B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or 3+ years of equivalent experience Experience in leading and supporting technical colleagues through either direct or indirect management Experience developing web applications using React Native, React, Angular or MVC Experience in DB design using SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL, Redshift or similar db engine General knowledge of Node.js, Typescript, GraphQL, C# or similar Experience designing software that is deployed to cloud platforms, including MS Azure and AWS Understanding of testing methodologies.
