(Dental and vision free after one year!)/li/ulpKey Responsibilities/pulliAssist in planning, organizing, and implementing daily recreational and therapeutic activities for residents/liliSupport group activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise programs, and social events/liliEncourage resident participation while respecting individual abilities and preferences/liliAssist residents to and from activities when needed/liliHelp set up and clean up activity spaces and materials/liliProvide one-on-one engagement for residents who are unable to attend group programs/liliSupport special events, holiday celebrations, and themed activities within the facility/liliMaintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all residents/liliDocument participation and observations as directed by the Activities Director/liliCollaborate with the care team to support residents emotional and social well-being/li/ulpQualifications/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred/liliExperience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required/liliFriendly, patient, and compassionate personality/liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills/liliAbility to work both independently and as part of a team/liliCreative mindset with enthusiasm for engaging residents in meaningful activities/liliAbility to assist residents with mobility to and from activities when necessary/li/ul/div
