TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client to recruit a Clerical Officer Grade IV - Quality and Compliance Officer Location: Kilkenny Hours: 35 hour working week Contract: Fixed term Contract (6 months) Pay-rate: 19.97-30.67 per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience Key Responsibilities Promote and support continuous quality improvement across the organisation. Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations, legislative requirements, and organisational policies and procedures. Plan, coordinate, and complete audits, ensuring actions are implemented and closed out within agreed timeframes. Analyse quality data and audit findings to identify trends and support service improvements. Support the management of HIQA registrations, documentation, and regulatory submissions. Assist in the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures. Deliver quality and compliance training and support organisational change initiatives. Work collaboratively with managers and teams to maintain high standards of quality, governance, and person-centred service delivery. Support compliance with New Directions and other relevant regulatory frameworks. Prepare reports and quality assurance information to support decision-making and service development. Essential Criteria Relevant third-level qualification in a related field or working towards same. Minimum three years' experience working within the disability sector. Experience in quality assurance, auditing, compliance, service improvement, or regulatory environments. Knowledge of HIQA regulations, the Health Act 2007, New Directions, and disability service standards. Experience supporting organisational change and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines. Commitment to person-centred practice and the delivery of high-quality services.
