Family Practice Pediatrics Behavioral Health/Psychiatry What You'll Do
Prepare patients for appointments and procedures Obtain vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints Assist providers during exams and treatments Administer immunizations and collect specimens Document patient care accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Support patient education, discharge planning, and follow-up care Maintain clean, safe, and organized exam rooms Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary care teams Support quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care Career Growth Opportunities We believe in investing in our employees and creating clear pathways for advancement. Medical Assistant Career Levels
Medical Assistant I: Entry-level to 1 year of experience Medical Assistant II: 1-3 years of experience Medical Assistant III: 3+ years of experience Employees who obtain certification (CCMA, CMA, RMA, etc.) are eligible for additional hourly pay incentives. Compensation $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Up to an additional $2.00/hour for certified MAs Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or current MA certification Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Ability to complete credentialing and privileging requirements Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred Ability to provide culturally sensitive care Must obtain or possess a valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card PreferredBilingual Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply Experience in primary care, pediatrics, or behavioral health settings Experience working in community health or integrated care environments Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and future:
