We're looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join the team for the upcoming winter season 2024/25. If you have an eye for detail, a genuine love for people, and the drive to deliver excellence in one of the most iconic hotels in the Alps, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Develop and motivate the technical team to ensure high-quality work and workplace safety.
  • Monitor and inspect all technical systems, including:
    • Heating systems
    • Ventilation systems
    • Air conditioning systems
    • Electrical installations
    • Indoor swimming pools
    • Refrigeration and cooling systems
    • Machinery and equipment
  • Ensure all systems comply with applicable safety standards and legal regulations.
  • Initiate and organize repairs, as well as general maintenance and upkeep work.
  • Work closely with contractors, service providers, suppliers, directors, and general managers.
  • Ensure that technical services meet guest expectations and contribute positively to the overall experience in the hotels and restaurants

  • Completed vocational training in a trade, maintenance, or technical profession.
  • Good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and building management/control systems.
  • Valid Category B driving licence.
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call duty rotation (1 week per month).
  • Familiarity with Zermatt an advantage.
  • Team player with good physical fitness.
  • Certificate/Swiss diploma as electrician (ESTI/SIA or similar)
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
