POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Cité Rive seniors' residence is currently seeking a heavy housekeeping attendant for a TEMPORARY full-time position (40 hours per week), evenings from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on weekdays, as well as all weekends.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • All other related tasks

Construction

  • Be available to respond to emergencies
  • Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
  • Clean entryways and common areas
  • Clean storage spaces and maintenance carts
  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
  • Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
  • Taking out the trash
  • Wash windows in common areas

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
  • Knowledge of senior living residences is a major asset.
  • Minimum experience in a similar position, at least 1 to 2 years
