Wil jij een verbindende rol spelen binnen een internationale organisatie en dagelijks het verschil maken voor collega’s, klanten en bezoekers? Dan zijn wij bij Mokveld op zoek naar jou als Medewerker Office Support. In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je zelfstandig meerdere afdelingen en zorg je ervoor dat alles op kantoor soepel en professioneel verloopt.
Als Medewerker Office Support verricht je grotendeels zelfstandig secretariële en receptiewerkzaamheden en ben je aanspreekbaar voor de hele organisatie. Je ondersteunt met name de afdelingen Sales, Project Engineering, Marketing & Communicatie, After Sales, de Directie en het Management. Je rapporteert hiërarchisch aan de CCO.
Wat ga je doen
- Verwerken en archiveren van interne en externe (elektronische) correspondentie.
- Plannen en faciliteren van vergaderingen, bijeenkomsten en events.
- Organiseren van dienstreizen, inclusief visa-aanvragen en factuurcontrole.
- Coördineren van (internationale) bezoeken van klanten, leveranciers en collega’s.
- Onderhouden van interne en externe contacten met diverse externe partijen.
- Uitvoeren van receptiewerkzaamheden en professioneel ontvangen van bezoekers.
- Beheren van kantoorartikelen, (digitale) archieven en informatiesystemen.
- Bewaken van reisbeleid, prijsafspraken en kwaliteit van dienstverlening.
- Opstellen van rapportages over reis- en verblijfskosten.
- Verzorgen van verzendingen en coördineren van hulpdiensten bij calamiteiten.
- Inwerkschema’s maken en trainingsroosters coördineren.
Wat breng je mee
- Een afgeronde MBO-opleiding Secretarieel of Administratie (niveau 3/4).
- Goede kennis van administratieve processen, MS Office en Excel.
- Ervaring met CRM-systemen is een pré.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift (andere talen zijn een pré).
- Je werkt accuraat, bent kwaliteitsbewust en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een servicegerichte instelling.
- Je bent zelfstandig, proactief, flexibel en goed in plannen en organiseren.
- Jij bent een professionele en klantgerichte office support medewerker met oog voor detail.
