Die Lindt & Sprüngli (Schweiz) AG ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der globalen Lindt & Sprüngli Gruppe mit Hauptsitz und Produktionsstätte in Kilchberg am Zürichsee. In Altendorf betreiben wir unser eigenes Logistikzentrum, während das Lindt Cocoa Center in Olten Kakaomasse für unseren Eigenbedarf sowie für andere europäische Produktionsstätten herstellt. In der ganzen Schweiz betreiben wir 15 Lindt Shops, darunter ikonische Standorte wie das Jungfraujoch und das Verkehrshaus der Schweiz in Luzern. Was du bei uns machst:
Selbständige und strategische Führung einer Marke inkl. P&L und Budgetverantwortung
Entwicklung der Vision, Ziele, Strategien und Pläne, die zu einem kontinuierlichen Wachstum der Marke führen
Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Marketingplans
Festlegung und Umsetzung von Sortimentszielen, Preis- und Distributionsstrategien in aktiver Zusammenarbeit mit dem Key Account Management
Lancierung von neuen Produkten, Verpackungen, Designs und POS-Konzepten
Zielgruppengerechte Abstimmung des Marketing-Mix inkl. Umsetzung der Kommunikations-Massnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen
Wann du zu uns passt:
Betriebswirtschaftlicher Bachlor- oder Masterabschluss (Universität oder Fachhochschule)
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie und/oder Konsumgüterindustrie, Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
Erfahrung im Stakeholder Management auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen
Durchsetzungsstarker Teamplayer mit einer visionären Mentalität
Hohes Energielevel gepaart mit einem growth mindset
Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Erfahrung im Umgang mit Excel und Nielsen von Vorteil
Deutsch als Muttersprache, Englisch fliessend
