Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Sales Manager to join our growing USA Sales team. In this position you will work with our devices portfolio and help to build and develop a new sales team based in Atlanta, GA. Teltonika’s Networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy. In this role you will: · Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Networks · Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base · Direct and manage the performance and development of your team · Actively participate in hiring processes of new members to the team · Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met · Be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently · Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales specialists fill the systems correctly · Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth · Ensure order tracking and correction · Coordinate technical inquiries and logistics process · 2+ years of sales leadership experience selling a hardware product · Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B) · Experience in building and motivating sales team · Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills · Ability to analyze information, and make decisions independently · Training: onboarding on Teltonika‘s internal systems, Sales process, product related topics · Benefits: Company funded health insurance; 401k; 3 weeks of Paid Vacation; 6 Sick days + day off on your Birthday · Work Environment: Multicultural and diverse environment which highly values knowledge and exchange of ideas, supportive and positive attitude in the team · Knowledge Growth: Internal sessions for knowledge sharing to achieve constant professional growth · Working hours: Standard Working hours; Summer hours (short days on Fridays) for June and July months · Salary: Base salary depending on experience + uncapped commissions.
