As a CNA or Care Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting residents with personalized care, daily activities, and meaningful interactions that enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities include:
Administering medications as delegated by the registered nurse (RN), ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and maintaining a high standard of medication management with minimal errors. Responding promptly and professionally to resident call lights and requests to provide attentive, compassionate care. Providing individualized support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, meal support, and medication reminders in accordance with each resident's client service plan. Delivering compassionate memory care services for residents living with dementia and cognitive impairments, utilizing patience, redirection techniques, and person-centered care approaches to promote comfort, dignity, and safety. Accurately completing all required charting and service documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations. Maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable resident living spaces by performing light housekeeping duties, regular room cleaning, linen changes, and sanitation tasks. Assisting with resident laundry services, ensuring clothing and linens are washed, folded, and returned in a timely manner. Observing and reporting changes in resident condition, behaviors, or concerns to nursing staff and supervisors promptly. Promoting a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents, families, and team members.

Communicate information with patient care providers and other nursing staff members to facilitate patient care. Current CNA license (if applicable). Great starter job in healthcare: 16 y/o and older welcome! Mechanical lift training provided.
