What You'll Do:
Lead, manage, and develop a team of database administrators and analysts, ensuring accountability and strong performance. Plan, prioritize, and balance team workloads across multiple client and internal projects. Oversee data architecture, standards, integrity, and accuracy across all reporting and visualization platforms. Conduct advanced data analytics (e.g., regression modeling, data linkages, statistical analyses) to uncover insights and drive client objectives. Review and validate team outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality assurance. Develop, maintain, and modernize data workspaces, dashboards, and internal reporting tools. Create executive summary reports highlighting trends, patterns, and anomalies, with actionable insights for senior leaders. Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives with clarity, professionalism, and polish. Collaborate cross-functionally and provide training/support to internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a hands-on resource when needed, ensuring responsiveness, high-quality client service, and support during peak project periods.
What You Bring To The Table (required qualification):
Education: Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field At least 5 years of advanced data analytics and statistical analysis experience Minimum 2 years managing a team of data professionals; bonus points if you’ve led a team using the EOS toolkit Minimum 2 years of experience using a data visualization tool like Tableau; bonus points for Zoho platform experience Advanced Excel skills Strong attention to detail, organization skills, time management skills, and communication skills A track record of developing high-performing teams through regular training, coaching, and holding people accountable Ability to engage with all levels of an organization, being particularly adept at the C-level, in the presentation of insights and other training sessions A proactive approach to resolving issues, enforcing policy adherence, driving organizational initiatives, and implementing process improvements
What’s In It For You (comp & benefits):
Starting pay is between $100k to $160k per year / depending on experience. A comprehensive suite of benefits including medical/dental/vision coverage (with fully paid employee medical coverage after 5 years), life insurance, gym reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, maternity/paternity leave, vacation time, and more. Generous paid time off with 15.5 paid holidays plus Birthday Friday and 2 Rest & Reprieve days. Plus - we pay you a $2,000 vacation allowance to use as you choose, starting on your 5th anniversary – that’s right we pay you to go on vacation! We even pay you to give back to your community and volunteer at a place of your choosing two days per year.
Our Work-From-Home Arrangement: You must work from your primary residence located within 35 miles of our office so you can easily attend team-building events that occur throughout the year. You must have reliable internet service at home (minimum speed of 10MB download/5MB upload). You must have a dedicated workspace at your home that is free from distractions just like you would if you worked from our office. Beyond Feedback provides all the computer equipment you need to be successful.
The business hours and regular schedule for this role is 7am-4pm Monday through Friday.
