Job Title: Cloud Data Solutions Engineer
Position Overvie wWe are seeking a Cloud Data Engineer with experience in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and AWS-based data platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, supporting, and optimizing cloud-based data integration solutions while ensuring reliability and operational excellence across production environments .This role combines cloud infrastructure, data integration, automation, and production support responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with development, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable and efficient data solutions .Key Responsibilitie
sDesign, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC .Configure, deploy, and manage Informatica cloud environments and related services .Build and maintain data pipelines supporting business and analytics requirements .Develop automation scripts and tools using Python and shell scripting .Support infrastructure provisioning and operational activities within AWS environments .Implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using tools such as Terraform and Ansible .Monitor cloud applications and data processes to ensure system stability and performance .Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution in a support-driven environment .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency .Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and support guides .Participate in on-call support rotations as required
.Required Qualification
sHands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) .Experience working with Informatica cloud administration and Self-Service Workbench .Strong knowledge of Python and Unix/Linux shell scripting .Experience working with AWS services including EC2, Systems Manager (SSM), CloudWatch, Lambda, and CloudFormation .Practical experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, or similar technologies .Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues in production environments .Understanding of cloud architecture, deployment methodologies, and operational best practices .Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities .Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
.Preferred Qualification
sExperience with Apache Spark, Amazon EMR, Hadoop, or PySpark .Familiarity with AWS Glue and cloud-based ETL frameworks .Experience developing and managing reusable Terraform modules .Knowledge of CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices .Exposure to enterprise-scale data integration projects
.Educatio nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
