We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our operations team in Cleveland. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced environment. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment and ensuring a smooth warehouse workflow.
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accuratelyPick and pack orders efficiently based on order sheetsMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environmentOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (if certified)Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehiclesFollow company procedures and safety guidelines at all timesReport inventory discrepancies and damaged goodsCollaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse or inventory experience is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsBasic understanding of warehouse safety and proceduresGood communication and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyPunctual, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
