Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.
*Contexte :*
Le stage aura lieu au sein du centre de formation ATR (ATC) dont la principale mission est de former les pilotes, personnel de maintenance, PNC et personnel d’opération en vol (Flight OPS).
Un progiciel de gestion intégré (ERP), appelé « METIS » accompagne les équipes sur toutes leurs activités (requête client, planification, gestion des compétences instructeurs, gestion du parcours de formation, etc..).
ATR souhaite utiliser l’opportunité de migration de cet outil sur le ‘Cloud’ pour faire une révision complète des processus associés + nettoyage de la base de données.
*Descriptif des missions proposées :*
* Analyse et optimisation de tous les processus METIS
* Rédaction des procédures + tutoriels
* Optimisation/simplification de la base de données des Master Plans (MP = syllabus de formation) et produits associés
* Création d'une table de correspondance des produits training : produits identifiés dans METIS (MP) vs Catalogue commercial vs base articles de ventes SAP
*Ce stage est fait pour vous:*
Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) et vous possédez les compétences suivantes :
* Une première expérience en gestion de projet / amélioration de processus
* Excellentes qualités en communication orale et écrite
* Organisé(e)
* Rigueur, autonomie et adaptabilité.
* Esprit d’équipe permettant la coordination des activités
Compétences linguistiques attendues :
* Anglais : Intermédiaire
* Français : Courant

Durée 6 mois

*Context :*
The internship will take place within the ATR training center (ATC), whose main mission is to train pilots, maintenance personnel, cabin crew, and flight operations staff.
An integrated management software (ERP), called “METIS,” supports the teams in all their activities (customer requests, scheduling, instructor skill management, training path management, etc.).
ATR intends to use the opportunity of migrating this tool to the Cloud to carry out a complete review of the associated processes and a cleanup of the database.
*Description of the Proposed Tasks:*
* Analysis and optimization of all METIS processes
* Drafting of procedures and tutorials
* Optimization/simplification of the Master Plans database (MP = training syllabus) and associated products
* Creation of a training product mapping table: products identified in METIS vs. Commercial Catalog vs. SAP sales article database
*This Internship Is for You If:*
You are currently pursuing a degree at Bac +5 level (or equivalent) and possess the following skills:
* Initial experience in project management and/or process improvement (lean)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Well-organized
* Thorough, autonomous, and adaptable
* Team spirit
Language Skills Required:
* English: Intermediate
* French: Fluent

Starting date: January / February 2026
Duration : 6 months
