to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of their modern data ecosystem. This role will balance strategic leadership with technical execution, playing a key part in building scalable data solutions while partnering closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a fully remote position.
Director of Data & Analytics Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead the architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization of data platforms, with a strong focus on Snowflake Act as a hands-on leader, contributing directly to development while managing and mentoring a growing team Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows using tools like Python, DBT, and Fivetran Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, and technical teams to translate data needs into actionable solutions Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and updates on data initiatives ??????? Director of Data & Analytics Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a hands-on Data Engineering or Analytics leadership role Strong expertise with Snowflake, including implementation experience Proficiency in Python and modern data tooling (DBT required; Fivetran a plus) Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred; GCP exposure is a plus) Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strategic mindset with the ability to execute at a technical level
