Dietary Supervisor Works under the direction of the Food Service Director to ensure appropriate supervision and operation of the Dietary Department. At Brookhaven Health Care Facility we believe meals are more than nourishment—they're moments of comfort, connection, and care. We're looking for a Dietary Supervisor who brings both culinary skill and compassionate leadership to our kitchen and dining teams. Schedule: Full-Time
Every other weekend, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
RATE: $25.50/hr. Job Summary: Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring delicious, nutritious meals are served with care. Manage and support dietary staff with scheduling, training, and guidance. Ensure compliance with DOH, safety, and sanitation standards. Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to meet the dietary needs of our residents. What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in food service supervision (healthcare setting preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for creating a positive dining experience for residents
