Promote and enforce safety standards on the job site, setting clear expectations for safe work practices.Develop and maintain a look-ahead schedule while tracking overall progress.Collaborate closely with project management to ensure alignment and execution.Analyze and oversee labor productivity and quantities.Prepare and update daily logs and periodic reports.Verify that all work complies with drawings, specifications and established quality requirements.Supervise and coordinate subcontractor activities.Support and mentor field engineers.Ability to analyze and interpret Contract Documents.
Applicants shall have extensive (10+ years) field experience in water and wastewater construction. This role requires mobility and willingness to travel or relocate.
