Our client, a leader in the construction and architectural industry, is seeking a Contract Hardware Remote Detailer to join their team. As a Contract Hardware Remote Detailer, you will be part of the Design Support Department supporting project teams and vendors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

$75,000 - $90,000
What's the Job?
Review architectural plans and specifications to prepare detailed hardware installation documents.
Create hardware sets, shop drawings, schedules, and submittals utilizing manufacturer cut sheets and EPWS software.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met accurately.
Assist with change orders, ASIs, RFIs, and technical inquiries to support project execution.
Maintain clear communication across virtual platforms and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
What's Needed?
Technical associate degree or equivalent experience in construction or hardware detailing.
2–5+ years of experience in contract hardware or commercial construction environments.
Proficiency with EPWS or similar software systems.
Knowledge of Division 08 specifications and DFH products.
Ability to interpret construction documents and manage product data and costs effectively.
