Healthcare Regulatory Associate A well established and growing law firm is seeking a Healthcare Regulatory Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its established healthcare practice in the Greater Birmingham area. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated healthcare regulatory and compliance matters supporting a broad range of healthcare provider clients within a collaborative and growth-oriented practice environment. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare regulatory experience, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal legal teams. Responsibilities
Advise healthcare clients on regulatory and compliance matters Assist with analysis of healthcare laws and provider regulations Draft legal memoranda, agreements, and compliance-related documents Conduct legal research and regulatory analysis Interface directly with clients on day-to-day healthcare matters Collaborate with attorneys across a sophisticated healthcare practice
Qualifications
Active Alabama Bar admission required 3+ years of healthcare regulatory experience Strong knowledge of healthcare provider regulations and compliance matters Excellent writing, drafting, and organizational skills Strong communication and client interaction abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Law firm experience preferred Ability and willingness to relocate and waive into Birmingham Required 5+ years total practice to waive into AL
