Customer Service & Sales Representative – Olympic Plumbing Technology | Remote (US) Job Summary Olympic Plumbing Technology, a family‑owned plumbing and drain service company, is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join its remote team. Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Representative

Location: Remote (US-based)
Pay: $12–$16/hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound/outbound customer care and sales calls with professionalism and empathy
Engage customers in consultative conversations to understand needs and recommend services
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to add value for customers
Schedule technicians and ensure seamless communication with operations team
Follow company procedures for scheduling, documentation, and follow‑up
Meet and exceed goals related to sales, scheduling accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements Essential:
3+ years of customer service experience (preferably phone‑based or call center)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Entry‑level sales or goal‑driven experience (upselling, lead follow‑up, appointment booking)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through on details
Comfort with multi‑line phone systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Dependable, proactive attitude with desire to grow
Preferred:
Experience with Service Titan software
