About the Company SkyKey Financial is hiring driven individuals ready to start their journey in the financial services industry. We specialize in providing proven retirement solutions to a dedicated client base, utilizing a system that eliminates cold calling and prospecting entirely.
About the Role We're looking for motivated Sales Representatives who are eager to learn, grow, and succeed— with full training, a 100% remote environment, and industry‑best compensation.
What You’ll do
Conduct virtual consultations with clients using our proven, preset appointment system (No cold calling or outbound calls/messaging of any kind)
Educate clients on their retirement outlook and recommend tailored retirement and life insurance solutions.
Present products confidently in a 100% remote environment.
Build and maintain strong, trust‑based client relationships.
Get licensed (we'll support you every step of the way).
What You’ll Bring
Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset.
Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
