Customer Care & Sales Specialist Crossway is looking for a dedicated Customer Care & Sales Specialist to manage incoming orders through phone, email, and website chats. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication skills, multitasking abilities, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Key responsibilities include being resourceful and proactive in assisting customers to identify suitable products, along with effective time management and prioritization skills. This is an on-site position. Specific responsibilities include:
Handling customer order inquiries over the phone, email, and responding to chats on our website. Working with customers by sharing product information. Collaborating with our Sales department for special orders or projects. Working with our marketing department to send out review copies. Assisting our customer service department as needed. Performing related and/or special work as assigned.
Position requirements include:
Customer service/sales experience Strong communication skills Computer experience Self-starter, analytical, and good interpersonal skills

Salary range: $20-$22/hr. Competitive salary based on previous work experience, education, acquired skills, and established relationships. Salary commensurate with current standards for comparable positions and responsibilities within publishing and other leading not-for-profit ministries. Compensation reviewed and evaluated annually by the Executive Compensation Committee (ECC) of the Crossway Board of Directors.
