Pharmacy Technician Penn State Health - St. Joseph Medical Center Location: US:PA: Reading Work Type: Full Time FTE: 1.00 Shift: Varied Hours: Days with Rotations Recruiter Contact: Trevor Smith at tsmith46@pennstatehealth.psu.edu Summary Of Position: Provides assistance with the order entry preparation and distribution of drug products under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. Maintains appropriate inventory of drug supplies and a system of control to ensure the integrity of the purchases, control of supplies and proper accounting for their distribution. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
Working on Pharmacy Technician certification preferred Minimum one (1) year of Pharmacy experience preferred, including preparation of IV solutions
