At Behavioral Health Works, our Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with kids with autism, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills through ABA therapy. No corporate fluff. Just meaningful, hands-on work with kids who need you. What you'll actually be doing:
Working directly with kids using play-based ABA therapy (yes, you get paid to play) Teaching communication, social, and self-help skills Tracking progress and collecting session data on your phone or tablet Partnering with families and a clinical team that has your back What's in it for you: Pay & Perks
Competitive pay - $21 to $25/hr Flexible schedules (3pm to 8pm, minimum 3 days/week) Complete your RBT training within 14 days and earn a bonus, plus we cover your RBT exam fees Bilingual? You'll earn more, we offer a higher pay rate for bilingual staff Travel reimbursement between clients (we know gas isn't free) Referral program (90 day payout), get paid for who you know Flexibility
Afternoon/evening hours (Minimum 3 days per week - 3 to 8pm), so you can keep your mornings free Schedules that actually work around school, life, and everything else Benefits (Full-Time)

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required) Are available weekday afternoons or evenings (3 to 8pm, minimum 3 days/week) Have a reliable car, valid license, and insurance Are comfortable with tech, you'll use your phone/tablet for data collection Have experience or a passion for caregiving, education, or working with kids with special needs (preferred, not required)
