Sales Retention Specialist - Northborough, MA

Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen is looking to hire a Sales Retention Specialist to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in understanding customer needs and helping re-establish opportunities when a sale is cancelled.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Contact homeowners to uncover the reason for a cancelled sale.
  • Use structured questions to understand concerns and help reduce customer resistance.
  • Recommend and schedule follow-up in-home visits when appropriate.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with homeowners to determine needs and create positive experiences.
  • Meet or exceed appointment goals within established guidelines.
  • Deliver world-class service to every prospect, customer, and teammate.
  • Accurately enter customer data into our system.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of successful phone-based sales experience.
  • Strong follow-through and a reliable, fast-paced work style.
  • A sense of urgency and consistent ability to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort in a high-energy environment with constant activity.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to both give and receive feedback.
  • Strong organization and prioritization abilities.

Pay $75,000 annually plus monthly performance based bonus.
