The Nursing Assistant (STNA) is responsible for providing direct care to residents and assisting the clinical team in providing activities of daily living./ppNursing Assistant (STNA) Key Duties/pulliServe a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents main caregiver providing necessary support for all activities of daily living./liliEnsure timely notification of residents change of status to a licensed nurse for further direction./liliSuccessfully assist all responsible residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), feeding, bathing, dressing, transferring, ambulation, personal hygiene, and toileting./liliPerform other job-related duties as they become required./li/ulpNursing Assistant (STNA) Qualifications/pulliHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)./liliMust maintain State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required./liliAbility to communicate both verbally and non-verbally required./liliMust have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to manage residents based on maturity level and factuality./li/ulpIf you are a compassionate and dedicated nursing professional looking to make a difference in the lives of our residents, we encourage you to apply for the Nursing Assistant (STNA) position at our long-term care facility.
