Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab Vereinbarung eine/n:
Assistant Floral Design Manager 100% (w/m/i)
Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst die folgenden Tätigkeiten:- Unterstützung bei Planung, Umsetzung und Pflege floraler Dekorationen in allen Bereichen des Resorts
- Sicherstellung von Qualitäts- und Designstandards
- Koordination und Unterstützung des Floral-Design-Teams inkl. Vertretung der Leitung
- Organisation von Material, Lagerbeständen und Lieferanten
- Mitarbeit bei Budgetkontrolle, Reporting und nachhaltigen Arbeitsprozessen
Sie sind eine talentierte Floristin mit erfolgreich abgeschlossenem EFZ (Eidgenössischer Fachausweis). Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, vorzugsweise in der 5*-Hotellerie. Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit zählen zu Ihren Stärken. Sie arbeiten exakt, strukturiert und behalten auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick. Ein gepflegtes, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten ist für Sie selbstverständlich. Muttersprache Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil im Umgang mit Gästen und Mitarbeitenden. Zudem verfügen Sie über einen gültigen Führerausweis, gute PC-Kenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten.
