Job SummarySales professional with a proven history successfully selling evaporative media and systems to the Gas Turbine marketplace. Candidate will have technical aptitude with minimum 2 years HVAC experience and a demonstrated success managing key accounts.
Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesManage assigned existing key customer accounts and prospect for new customers
Fulfill the role of Munters primary point of contact for key accounts. Process RFQ's, work with applications engineering to provide Munters evaporative cooling solutions to meet customer needs, help resolve disputes, help set customer expectations.
Work with applications engineers to prepare customer proposals that include media performance metrics, pricing, and terms and conditions.
Attend & present at trade shows and customer training sessions
Create Power Point and spreadsheet presentations customized to meet customer needs
Host customer visits and factory witness test events
- Provide monthly order and revenue forecast
Minimum 2+ years HVAC sales experience with specific knowledge of Gas Turbine market and system requirements.
Excellent verbal/presentation and writing skills
Expertise with Microsoft Office and ability to run technical analysis software
Proven customer relation management skills
Ability to work productively on own with minimal direct supervision
Detail oriented, dependable, professional appearance, positive attitude
Team player with excellent social & negotiation skills
Utmost in confidentiality required
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Preferred RequirementsDemonstrates knowledge of Munters products, applications and services by providing accurate information and solutions to customers. Understands applications of products and service offerings in a variety of customer environments.
Establishes a systematic course of action for self and others to ensure accomplishment of objectives and goals. Proactively determines priorities and allocates time and resources effectively. Develops call plans and customer strategies. Manages time effectively.
Establishes a full understanding of current and new customer requirements at all levels and ensures that Munters is regarded as a preferred provider to accounts. Applies flexibility and innovation to develop and execute strategies, tactics and to close deals for accounts and other customers.
Applies both engineering and sales knowledge in relevant sales phase to support the achievement of business objectives and the ongoing success of the organization. Display a deep technical know-how
