Job Description Job Description Business Unit : Company 3 Position : Network Engineer, Sr Location : Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid) *Pay Range : $94,000 - $150,000 USD annually
POSITION SUMMARY: TheSenior Network Engineerembodies a position with a deep understanding of networking fundamentals across hybrid environments. The positionis responsible forsupporting and maintaining Company3 network infrastructure, resolving advanced supportissuesand supporting other IT staff with complicatedescalated issues.
MAIN DUTIES: The Senior Network Engineer will collaborate with other network team members to design, deployandmaintainfunctional networks at scale. They will configure andmaintainhardware, including switches,routersand security appliancesthroughout the equipment lifecycle, recommend solutions and improvements throughout the network service stack, and maintaintechnical documentation related to network architecture and workflows. They will also be responsible for the following: Communicate and collaborate with other teams across business units to measure network fitness Resolve support ticketsrelated to network function Analyze network metrics and recommend improvements for performance,integrityand security Mentor team members with technical and professional guidance Monitor network performance Deploy automated workflows to increase network administration efficiency
WHAT YOU BRING: The ideal candidate will have previousindustry experience as Network Engineer or Administrator, as well as previousexperience with AristaandFortigatehardware. They must have a deep understanding of networking concepts (cablingtypes, protocols, switching, routing, etc.), and have demonstrated knowledge of networkingbest-practicesand security protocols. Additional desired skills include: Ability to work under pressurein a dynamic environment Ability to communicate with users of varying technical knowledge Available to work on-call on weekends on rotation Experience with network monitoring tools Experience with network troubleshooting tools Customer service mentality Ability to develop and deliver technical presentations Related certifications AWS experience Automation experience

The benefits for eligible part-time employees working 25 or more hours per week and full-time employees in the US include a comprehensive package of health, retirement, and insurance benefits and paid time off. The benefits for eligible project hires and part-time employees working less than 25 hours per week in the US include retirement, select insurance benefits, and where required by law, health benefits. For roles filled in Canada and other territories, local benefits plan offerings as adopted and amended from time to time will apply.
