As we enter the next phase of rapid growth, we are seeking people to help lead the journey. AssetWatch is seeking a highly analytical, systems-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our growing Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Revenue Operations to drive operational excellence across the sales organization. You will play a key role in executing GTM initiatives, managing our sales technology stack, improving data integrity, and operationalizing sales processes that enable scalable growth. This role will help translate RevOps strategy into day-to-day operational execution across the revenue engine. AssetWatch is highly focused on leveraging automation and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency across the GTM organization. This role will help identify opportunities to leverage modern sales technologies and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and enhance sales productivity. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, Finance, and RevOps systems resources to ensure our revenue operations infrastructure runs efficiently. Sales Operations Execution Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to operationalize key GTM initiatives across the sales organization. Drive the execution of operational programs that improve sales productivity, pipeline management, and deal execution. Serve as a trusted operational partner to Sales leadership by ensuring processes, tools, and reporting support consistent execution. Sales Reporting & Forecasting Support Support pipeline visibility and forecasting processes by maintaining reports and dashboards in Salesforce. Prepare insights and summaries that support weekly pipeline reviews, forecast discussions, and leadership reporting. Partner with RevOps analytics resources to ensure reporting accuracy and visibility into key sales metrics. Territory & GTM Planning Support Assist in territory planning and account coverage initiatives by building data models and analyzing territory performance. Monitor pipeline coverage, quota attainment, and territory performance trends to help identify optimization opportunities. Support operational execution of territory realignments and GTM strategy initiatives. Sales Tech Stack, Automation, & AI Enablement Help administer and optimize key GTM tools including Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Clay, Chili Piper, and other sales technologies. Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency across the sales organization. Partner with RevOps systems and GTM engineering resources to implement AI-assisted workflows across lead routing, enrichment, sales engagement, and pipeline management. Stay current on emerging AI capabilities across the sales tech stack and recommend improvements that help the sales organization operate more efficiently. Data Quality & CRM Governance Help maintain strong CRM hygiene and operational discipline across the sales organization. Monitor pipeline updates, stage progression, and adherence to CRM best practices to support accurate reporting and forecasting. Assist in establishing operational standards and usage expectations for CRM and sales systems. This role is located in the United States. Qualifications Systems & Technology Minded – You are comfortable managing a modern GTM tech stack and enjoy optimizing systems and workflows. Data Integrity Focused – You care deeply about CRM hygiene, reliable data, and operational discipline. Automation & AI Curious – You actively explore ways to leverage automation and AI-powered tools to improve workflows and reduce manual work. Execution-Oriented – You enjoy turning strategy into operational processes and driving initiatives to completion. Highly Organized – You can manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping stakeholders aligned. Collaborative & Communicative – You work effectively across teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Process Focused – You believe strong operational processes create leverage for sales teams. 4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role within B2B SaaS. Strong Salesforce reporting and CRM operational experience. Experience supporting sales forecasting, pipeline management, or territory planning. Experience managing cross-functional operational initiatives and projects. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. Familiarity with modern GTM tools such as Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to operational excellence and data accuracy. Experience working with modern GTM automation and AI tools such as Clay, Zapier, Gong AI, Outreach AI, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
