$20 hourly
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans to support children in achieving their developmental goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including SLPs, OTs, and BCBAs, to ensure comprehensive care for each child. Monitor and record progress, providing detailed reports to track improvements and adjust strategies as needed. Engage with children in a positive and encouraging manner, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in autism therapy. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, offering insights and updates on their child's progress. Contribute to a culture of innovation by sharing ideas and feedback to improve our therapy programs and services.
Qualifications:
Experience in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's unique needs. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including SLPs, OTs, and BCBAs. Proven track record of collecting and recording data to provide insights for refining intervention strategies. Strong communication skills to engage with families and share progress and strategies. Commitment to participating in regular training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices. Ability to maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes learning and growth. Skill in adapting interventions in real-time based on client responses for effective care.
