As we expand our product offerings, we rely on exceptional frontline professionals who deliver memorable customer experiences while also driving commercial results./ppThe Rental Service Agent is a dual-focused role:/pulliCustomer Experience Champion for rentals/liliSales Specialist for RV purchase demos and conversions/li/ulpThis position is crucial to ensuring customers leave satisfied, whether they are beginning a rental journey or purchasing their future RV./ppThe Rental Service Agent executes all customer-facing rental operations and performs professional RV sales demonstrations to convert leads into buyers. This is a hands-on, customer-centric role combining service, product presentation, operational execution, and follow-up sales management. Across rentals and sales, this role ensures every vehicle, every interaction, and every customer moment reflects Indie Campers high standards./ppWhat will you work on?/pullistrongCustomer Service Operations:/strong Conduct check-ins/check-outs, briefings, and provide ongoing rental support. Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy./lilistrongSales Demonstrations Customer Engagement:/strong Prepare and perform RV demos, showcasing features, specs, and customer-specific needs. Ensure smooth handovers and all documentation is in order./lilistrongSales Conversion Lead Management:/strong Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM. Convert rental customers into sales opportunities, and support the RV Sales District and City Lead to meet targets./lilistrongProduct Knowledge Technical Support:/strong Maintain knowledge of Indie Campers RV models and perform basic system demos (lighting, gas, etc.).
