divh2Job Title/h2pProvide high-level support to customers and internal sales organization for preparation, processing and coordination of customer orders. Achieve superior technical skills and understanding of the order fulfillment process. Practice strong communication skills both internally and externally. Possess the desire to achieve a high level of professionalism through continuous improvement processes and practices./ph3Essential Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliCreate client proposals, to include new customer set up, entry/import of specifications, pricing, classification and revenue codes/liliGenerate purchase orders upon receipt of complete order entry packet/liliEnsure orders are entered promptly, and reviewed for accuracy and completeness before being sent to the manufacturers/vendors/liliWork with vendors and internal project teams to reconcile acknowledgement discrepancies and manage timely ship dates based on project requirements/liliCreate and publish customer status reports/liliCoordinate delivery/install dates with vendors, Operations, clients and Project Managers (depending on work scope)/liliAssist with project management tasks, to include spec checks and punch ID/resolution Ensure factory interface is on-going and that others are monitored and projected ship dates and project schedule requirements, that all acknowledgements are checked and discrepancies followed up on, and that orders are closed out in a timely and responsible manner/liliParticipate in vendor and dealer training programs and activities for on-going professional growth and development/li/ulh3Departmental Responsibilities/h3ulliCarry out requested tasks to support efforts of individual sales representatives and Account Managers/liliServe as hub of communication and information to other cross-functional teams (Design, Project Management, Finance and Operations)/liliEnsure that all communication with internal and external customers is timely, accurate and meets customer requirements for information and order status/li/ulh3Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required/h3ulliAbility to learn and apply technical skills in dealership business system and 20/20 software/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)/liliPrior experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment/liliExcellent and effective oral and written communication/liliStrong organizational, analytical and administrative skills/liliAbility to see the big picture and integrate into day-to-day tasks and activities/liliUnderstanding of the complexities and sophistication required to thrive in the dealer environment/liliFluid interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a wide range of customers, personnel and departments/liliCustomer Service work experience preferred/liliExperience with dealership business systems- preferred/liliFurniture industry experience - preferred/li/ul/div
