L’un de nos clients est à la recherche d’un(e) Gestionnaire, opérations de livraison expérimenté(e) pour diriger un réseau de livraison à l’échelle de la province du Québec. Ce rôle comprend la supervision de la planification des itinéraires, des opérations de la flotte, de la coordination des entrepôts ainsi que du soutien à la clientèle en logistique, dans un environnement dynamique et sensible aux délais.
Vous dirigerez une équipe multidisciplinaire responsable d’assurer un service de livraison fiable et de haute qualité. Il s’agit d’un poste de leadership terrain, idéal pour une personne à l’aise avec la gestion du personnel, la résolution de problèmes en temps réel et le maintien d’opérations efficaces au quotidien.
Ce poste relève directement de la haute direction.
Responsabilités clés :
- Diriger et gérer une équipe logistique comprenant des chauffeurs, des répartiteurs / coordonnateurs logistiques, du personnel du service à la clientèle et des employés d’entrepôt.
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de livraison, la planification des itinéraires et la répartition afin d’assurer l’efficacité et le respect des délais
- Gérer le recrutement, la formation, l’évaluation du rendement et les mesures disciplinaires de l’équipe.
- Assurer un effectif adéquat et le soutien nécessaire pour les opérations de livraison en soirée.
- Superviser les opérations de la flotte, incluant l’entretien, la conformité réglementaire et la performance.
- Utiliser des logiciels de planification des itinéraires et de répartition afin d’optimiser les opérations.
- Surveiller les indicateurs de performance et mettre en place des améliorations pour accroître la fiabilité et la qualité du service.
- Soutenir les opérations des installations, notamment la coordination de l’entretien, la gestion des fournisseurs et la supervision de la sécurité.
- Agir comme point de contact clé pour la résolution des enjeux opérationnels au fur et à mesure qu’ils surviennent.
Environnement opérationnel :
Ce poste s’exerce dans un environnement logistique structuré et sensible aux délais, où la fiabilité, l’organisation et une communication claire sont essentielles. Vous serez responsable de coordonner de multiples opérations simultanées à l’échelle régionale et d’assurer une exécution constante malgré des échéanciers serrés.
Qualifications requises :
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion dans les domaines de la logistique, du transport ou des opérations de livraison.
- Solide expérience en gestion de chauffeurs, d’opérations de flotte et de fonctions de répartition.
- Expérience pratique avec des logiciels de planification d’itinéraires et de répartition.
- Expérience démontrée en leadership, incluant l’embauche, le coaching et la gestion du rendement.
- Expérience en supervision d’équipes d’entrepôt et/ou de service à la clientèle (un atout).
- Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et en résolution de problèmes.
- À l’aise de travailler dans un environnement structuré et sécuritaire.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis.

One of our clients is seeking an experienced Manager, Delivery Operations to lead a province-wide delivery network across Quebec. This role oversees routing, fleet operations, warehouse coordination, and logistics customer support within a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for ensuring reliable, high-quality delivery service. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is comfortable managing people, solving problems in real time, and keeping operations running smoothly day-to-day.
This position reports directly to senior management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a logistics team including drivers, dispatch/logistics coordinators, customer service staff, and warehouse personnel.
- Oversee daily delivery operations, routing, and dispatch to ensure efficiency and on-time performance.
- Manage recruitment, training, performance, and discipline across the team.
- Ensure proper staffing and support for evening delivery operations.
- Oversee fleet operations including maintenance, compliance, and performance.
- Use routing and dispatch software to optimize operations.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements to increase reliability and service quality.
- Support facility operations, including maintenance coordination, vendor management, and security oversight.
- Act as a key point of contact for resolving operational issues as they arise.
Operational Environment :
This role operates in a structured, time-sensitive logistics environment where reliability, organization, and clear communication are critical. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple moving parts across a regional network and ensuring consistent execution under tight timelines.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of management experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery operations.
- Strong experience managing drivers, fleet operations, and dispatch functions.
- Hands-on experience with routing and dispatch software.
- Proven leadership experience including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Experience supervising warehouse and/or customer service teams is an asset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable operating in a structured and secure environment.
- Bilingual (French and English) required.
