Als Head of Systems Engineering übernehmen Sie die technische und strategische Führung dieses Zukunftsfelds. Sie verantworten die Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen von der ersten Konzeptidee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung in marktfähige Anwendungen.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich
Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des R&D-Bereichs Systems Engineering
Ganzheitliche Systemauslegung in den Bereichen Mechanik, Elektrik und Hydraulik vom Konzept bis zur Markteinführung
Sicherstellung von Qualität, Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit und Wartbarkeit der entwickelten Lösungen
Steuerung und Priorisierung von Entwicklungsprojekten
Interdisziplinäre Koordination sowie Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Methoden und Standards
Enge Abstimmung mit Management und Fachbereichen zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale
Ihre Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung technischer Systeme, Produkte oder Maschinen
Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams und der Steuerung anspruchsvoller Entwicklungsprojekte
Fundiertes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge und Schnittstellen entlang des Produktentstehungsprozesses
Gutes Verständnis für Fertigungstechnologien, Herstellbarkeit und industrielle Umsetzbarkeit
Zuverlässige und selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
