Content/Knowledge Analyst
SUVI Global Services is looking for a Content/Knowledge Analyst to support IT across all DoD OIG networks. Responsibilities
Managing enterprise knowledge management practices to ensure consistent, high-quality information sharing across IT services. Responsible for curating, maintaining, and publishing accurate and accessible technical and procedural content in the enterprise knowledge base. Working closely with subject matter experts, the analyst captures institutional knowledge and transforms it into actionable content that supports service desk operations and self-service initiatives. Responsible for upholding governance standards, monitor content effectiveness, and continuously improving knowledge assets to align with ITIL-based service delivery and operational excellence. Qualifications
Active Secret security clearance. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Knowledge Business Administration, Management, Communications, IT, Information Management/Science, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT field; demonstrable technical writing experience Active IAT Level II certification or equivalent. Desired Qualifications: Preferred degree in Information Technology.
