North Knoxville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's Service Department is looking for a talented individual to be our new Service Bdc / Cashier who will assist our customer, the Service Advisors and other supporting staff in running the day-to-day business. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls to the service department for appointments
- Scan completed repair orders into DMS scanning system
- Process customer payment transactions via credit card, check or cash
- Balances the cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the work shift.
- Complete daily deposit slip and place money in the deposit box.
- Coordinate refunds transactions with service manager
- Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Check-outs and Greets customers on Saturdays when they come to pick-up or drop-off.
- Rental: Provide backup support to the Rental Clerk during the week and serve as main contact for rentals on Saturdays
- Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-6:00, Saturday 8:00-3:00 : Off Sunday and Wednesday
- Provide assistance to the service department and complete additional duties or tasks as requested by management. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
